文化部強調要「去權威化」，因此將中正紀念堂商店中蔣介石公仔等威權統治意象鮮明商品下架，文化部長鄭麗君3日表示，目前中正紀念堂停售相關商品，不影響其他通路販售，民眾想買還是買得到。

由於民進黨政府推動轉型正義，因此已有綠委揚言要廢除《國立中正紀念堂管理處組織法》，而文化部近日已先將中正紀念堂商店中威權統治意象鮮明商品下架，包括公仔、文具與生活等。

對此，鄭麗君上午在立法院受訪表示，目前中正紀念堂停售公仔等相關商品，不影響其他通路販售，民眾想買還是買得到，只是無法在中正紀念堂購買。

至於對營業額的影響，她指出，相關商品佔中正紀念堂3家店的營業額僅逾9%，對整體營業額影響不大，且已事前跟廠商溝通過，原則上不至於衝擊廠商權益。

文化部稍晚說明，中正紀念堂內的3家商店營收以2016年為例，下架之蔣中正意象商品品項年營業額計約498萬元，僅占3家商店總營業額5820萬元的9.4%，其中，3家賣店政治人物公仔年營業額加總共計約82萬元，更僅佔總營業額的1.5%，且政治人物公仔均為寄售商品，中正紀念堂只是廠商所有通路的一個販賣點，本來就在一般市面上均有流通，廠商也可至任何場所銷售。

文化部表示，為推動中正紀念堂轉型，逐步讓空間回歸中性使用，相關商品不再由政府開發或販售，但尊重任何民間商品的開發創意，民眾亦可透過民間通路自由購買。
